popup box not showing on ios browsers (tested on safari and chrome)

Hello,i like your plugin, really well designed, i am having trouble with popup box when using “when users scroll” popup trigger on IOS (iphone) it doesn’t show up, but if i use “after intial time” trigger, then it works perfectly.On other android devices and pc works fine with both triggers, my only problem is on ios.If you want to have a look, my website is https://www.epimedium.ro.
