Popup settings

Hello,

We have purchased your licensed WooCommerce Boost Sales – Upsells & Cross plugin. We have a phone accessories store. Each phone model has its own category and subcategories.
for example: Iphone 13–> Covers-glass protection-cases.

We would like that if the buyer chooses, for example, a cover, it would suggest a product from another subcategory, for example, a protective glass (for this model).

Can this be set in your plugin? Now I installed the plugin, activated it, but when adding the product to the cart, the popup with suggestions does not appear…

Can you please check.
