Possible issue

I noticed an issue and I want to take a look on this:
Please follow the steps below one by one to preproduce the problem.
1. Go to this page
https://staging.optikavision.gr/product/superdry-3so/
2. Add lilac color variation into the cart
3. Go to checkout
4. You will notice there are two shipping options (image 1). Leave ‘local pickup’ enabled.
5.Add order bump product into the cart. You will notice the product quantity is 1
6.Change the shipping option from ‘local pickup’ to ‘Acs Courier’
7.Remove the order bump product from the cart
8.The product is not removing from the cart. Instead the quantity become 2
