PRE SALE : STAR RATING ISSUE : STARS SHOWING LESS

hello team,

when a customer is giving 5 stars rating it’s showing 3.5 stars,
if the customer is giving 4 stars it’s showing as 3 stars,
if the customer is giving 3 stars it’s showing as 2 stars,
if customers are giving 2 stars it’s showing as 1.5 stars.
please provide a resolution regarding the same

waiting for your response at the earliest, want to use the plugin, it was working fine in the beginning, recently started giving issues, kindly help.
