Premium bar not showing at all

Hi – I tried the free version of this plugin and it worked great, using the bottom position for the bar.

However, the premium plugin does not show at all. I tried disabling ALL plugins except woocommerce and the premium free shipping bar but it still does not show. The small progress bars also do not display on the cart or checkout pages.

We are running the latest version of the Divi theme (4.22.1 as of writing this) using custom theme builder header and footer. Also all plugins are updated. I checked the minimum requirements listed in your documentation and we meet or exceed them.

Note – I am testing this plugin on a development website right now before setting it up on the live site. I will provide you with temporary access once you request it.
