Premium version- Modify review format

Hi, i want to purchase the premium version and i have 2 questions.

1) In the premium version, is their an option to create a page that shows all the reviews? For my business, this suits me best. Instead of having reviews on products, i want a new page that can show all the latest reviews.

2) I am using woodmart theme on my website, their review format is different (e.jpg attached), so is their an option to keep only the reviews meaning the ‘red part’ and to remove the ‘yellow’ part (remove the ‘create a new review options’) and replacing the yellow part with a button for ‘create a review’, just like in (e2.jpg)? And is thier an option to allow users to leave review without being logged in? I asked the theme support and they said it is not possible, i was hoping maybe by using the premium version of your plugin, that might be possible
