Prevent Sales Countdown Timer checkout countdown discount if another discoount is already applied

We are using the Sales Countdown Timer in conjunction with the Flycart plugin Discount Rules for Woocommerce. We would like the checkout countdown timer to only work when there are full price items in the cart only. We are finding that products can have a discount rule applied to them via the Flycart plugin and then the cart can have the checkout countdown discount too. We ideally want to prevent the checkout countdown discount when other discounts have been applied. Is that possible? Thanks!
