Price rules, Sync quantity and Sync price

Hi,

Firstly, I turned on Sync quantity and Sync price in the Product Sync tab, but quantity and price are not synced automatically, please check. How long does it take to sync changes from Temu?

Secondly, If I change Price rules in the Product Price tab, will new Price rules apply to new imported products only or it will change price of products that were imported before with old Price rule?
