Prices do do not update with auto-sync or manual sync.

Hi.
My website is not being able to sync with Ali.
In the logs it says it has been updated but nothing happens. Tried to delete server cache, site cache and plugins but no success.
There seems to be a problem since it doesn’t update prices no matter what I put in % increase in price.
Besides this I noticed that english version of the website has diferent prices than in Portuguese or spanish.

Can you help me please?
