Primary product for cross-sells has multi discount levels

am very interested in WooCommerce Boost Sales, so can I set it up for:

My primary product uses WooCommerce Pricing & Discounts to provide 7 discount levels (for Qty 2 to 999).

For my cross-sell product (annual support fee) it must automatically match that selected primary product Qty discount level.

Also as there is only 1 product, I prefer to simplify the sales process and start from the checkout page using Checkout Layouts.

So is WooCommerce Boost Sales capable of working with the above?

I have been looking for this for many years as my 2008 site is way out of date!
