problem I have with your Plug in Bulky Edit Product Wooocommerce

Hi I contacted you with Nick DarioToby on the WordPress.org support and I was asked to write here for a support, where I asked for help about the problem I have with your Plug in Bulky Edit Product Wooocommerce.
My site is http://www.love4music.it I had to install an old version of 1.1.2 instead of the last 1.2.4 because the window that appears in the tag column or categories, Find and Replace does not work.

I don’t know if the problem could be the fact that I have the theme Zerif Lite and that I have not have a son theme, and changes have been made to the theme, I cannot also update Woocommerce which is stopped at version 5.1.0 instead of Latest version 7.7.1
