problem with the pro plugin

Hi, I’m using the free version for a very long time and is working perfectly, so I decided to purchased the pro version to add two more currencies, at the beginning everything seems to work fine but then I found out that since I installed the pro version, when someone purchased something in my local currency (COP) the plugin doesn´t recognize that and converts the price to dollars when the transaction is finished.

That is a huge problem because my prices in COP are lower.

Right now I´m still ussgin the free version, I have two currencies: COP and USD. The currencies I wanted to add were EUR and MXN, also I have two payment gateways: PayPal and Payu (which is a payment option for Latin America), I know the problem is not with the payment options because right now I have both of them and they are working perfectly, but when I used the pro version and added the two new currencies and then added the option to change the payment method according the currency, things start to don´t work.
