Problem with WooCommerce Boost Sales – Upsells

Hi,

I’m currently trying the free version of “WooCommerce Boost Sales – Upsells & Cross Sells Popups & Discount”.
The up-sells work like a charm, but I can’t get the cross-sells to show up in the popup.

The products should be enabled and correctly linked.
Disabling up-sells basically removes the popup entirely.

I’d be willing to upgrade to pro if that resolves the problem (I had intended to do so if all works anyways).

Any ideas what’s wrong here?
I’ve included relevant screenshots and credentials.
