Problem with Woocommerce + Woocommerce bookings

Hello, Just purchased your script today, but I have noticed two things

Firstly and most important, when I create a custom template for example for woocommerce reserve email (Woocommerce bookings), the default woocommerce email is being sent, So the one i created with your plugin does not work. I must note that the test emails sends fine. But in real life scenario the email is not being sent from your plugin.

And the second thing is that when a new user registers, the plugin does correctly send out the email from your plugin but does not include a pin which use to be sent by the woocommerce default email + plugin I use called: customer verification.
