    a customer used a discount coupon that does not register in the emails sent to abandoned carts, let me explain, there are 2 coupons where 1 is the first to be recovered after 30 minutes of abandoning the cart and another that is sent 24 hours after abandoned the cart, within 24 hours the 5% discount coupon is sent, the coupons have an expiration date of 2 days and I checked the emails that could coincide with the date the client’s coupon was sent and there were 2 coupons for that day but in the abandoned cart records there is only 1 registered email that sent 24-hour coupons, it is like I did not take the record of sending the client’s email but the email still arrived to the client and he was able to use the coupon, This one did not register the abandoned car either, since I imagine where I did not register the abandoned car, image 1 shows the abandoned cars of day 4 that would correspond to the coupons that were created on September 5, but there is only 1 and in the record of emails sent, in image 2 I point out the coupon that was generated where there are 2 coupons for that day September 4 but as seen in image 1 there is only 1 record for coupon recovery emails, in image 3 It shows the day the coupon was generated and in image 4 which coupon was used.
