Problems with City or State Using “Billing Address Component”

Hello, with the latest version 1.3.0, I’ve noticed the following:

1. Changes I make to the email template are not being saved.

2. With the “Billing Address” component, specifically the city or state, it appears in uppercase and spaces are replaced with hyphens “-“.

For example, if the content is: “El Cedro”, it appears as: “EL-CEDRO”.

I contacted WordPress support and they provided me with version 1.3.0.1. The saving issue (point 1) was resolved, but the other issue (point 2) remains. Can you help me with this? Thank you.
