Before I waste time with a trial, is it possible for this product to amend quantities based on prior selections?

For example, a customer selects a 4m tunnel which needs 16 x base plates for supports. Therefore the base plate product is selected and quantity is 16, whereas the 8m tunnel would need 30 plates.

Is this a possibility with product builder?
