product builder attributes

hey,
i have to attributes with diffrents name depend on the catgory but they are the same content depends.
example
its cpu brakets on the cpu i write braker, on motherboard i write cpu braket.
im trying at apend on the steps its wont show me because of the diffrents name
is there any way to go around that?
and another qus i have attribute fot the max gpu size and another one for minuimun psu need
is there any way to do the apend and wont take it as 1 for one example
if the min psu is 500w i want it to accept all apove that
