Product Builder Theme Colors not responding or adjustable

I have re-created a login for you to use. Please see the credentials below. I ended up resolving part of the issues by changing the Product builder (Premium) version to classic mode. However, as you can see in the screenshot below the coloring is wrong on the steps column, sorting is blackened out, and the button format is incorrect and I have no idea how to correct it. I tried modifying the colors on the theme but did not have any success. How do you adjust the builder template? Its not obvious to me at all.

For now I am trying to simply get the builder in the standard theme color of black background and orange/Yellow buttons.
