Product Import – Constantly Re-importing the same products

Hi There,
I am doing a brand new product import filtered using a collection id.

There are 228 products to import, but only about 130 gets imported.
During the import, it is not importing all 228 unique products. Instead, it imports some new products and then reimporting a lot of the products it JUST imported.

The attachments show it clearly. It is one import but many products are duplicated.

Because of this, I need to manually import the missing ones by ID
