Product list options

Hi,

Is it possible that I can show the diffrent colors of a product but the the customer don’t have to choose the color and add it to the cart. But only see the diffrent colors and click on the product to go to the product page?

On the screenshot. The customer must select a color and add it to the shopping cart.
But customer must only see all the available colors on the catalog list.
