Product names not showing correctly on the emails and category rule not working.

Greetings, I have used some html tags in products names in the test email and with the free version of this plugin the names of the products were fetching correct without html tags but now I have upgraded my plan and names are not showing correctly. I have to launch my site its really urgent to fix that issue. I bought this plugin because it was showing name correctly.
I have applied category rules on the templates. I have some free samples and some customizable products on my store. I want to send two different emails according to the product categories. But when I buy some samples product (only samples) it is sending other email.
