Product Pricing

I am having a problem with product pricing changing all by itself. This has happened with many products, but let take just one and look at it. I received an order for this item https://toobelo.com/product/womens-classic-summer-beach-bikini-thong-bottoms-padded-swimwear-bathing-suit/

The order was for the correct amount, but immediately after receiving the order I went to check the item and the price had changed from $11.69 to $33.44, and the item was in draft status, when it had been published before. The price changing all by itself has happened with many products, but lets just focus on this one. Can you please advise?
