Products not syncing automatically from Shopify to Woocommerce.

We have purchased a plugin from you for our website Masjid Alfalah on WP and there we sell the same products which are in our Shopify website. We want the products from our Holy land dates website in Shopify to sync the products to Masjid Alfalah website (WordPress) automatically once a product is added. Currently it’s adding a product in WordPress products but with an uncategorized category check marked. Because of that reasons it doesn’t display in the website under a same category where it was added in Shopify. Another issue is that if any amendment is made on Shopify site , it doesn’t reflect on the woocommerce. We want it to be automatically check marked under a same category as it was added in the shopify. Please resolve the issues as soon as possible. I will be waiting for your response. Thank you.
