Quantity Plus Minus buttons not visible

Hi Team,

We have one issue on our pc build page http://www.pcstudio.in/pc-build.

We have enabled the Quantity option for each step in the back end settings and are using Ajax template.

In the admin dashboard (when logged in) the page shows the quantity (+, -) options/buttons but when we are not logged in & check the page as customers the quantity addition is not available / visible.

Request you to kindly check and help us fix the issue. Tried with CSS also.
