Question about Gift4U plugin

Hello,

We have been trying to install and use your gift card plugin but we have a few issues we can’t seem to understand.

1 – We’ve noticed in our tests that if we make a purchase with the gift card coupon but don’t spend the entire amount the user doesn’t get to keep the remaining amount , it seems the gift card amount needs to be used all at once, is this correct?

2 – When choosing the send a physical card we can’t add the product to the shopping cart and also the user can’t choose the card template.

3 – When allowing users to choose the card amount the original amount stays there and it is confusing

4 – Is there a way to allow users to use the gift card amount to also pay for the shipping fee?
