Anna TishchenkoParticipantHello,
I have a question about PayPal tracking set up and I’m having a small problem with it.
Plugin used for Paypal payments: I use the Woocommerce PayPal app. (this one: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/)
In my PayPal developer account this plugin generated its own app with key and secret.
My first question: Do I use this key and secret for the Order Tracking plugin?
Should I put it in the default key section or PayPal row?
Or do I have to make a new app for the tracking plugin?What I did (see screenshot): I entered the key and secret (same as used in paypal plugin) in the default row.
My problem: When I add tracking to orders paid with PayPal, in PayPal there is no tracking number – instead it is “MANUAL” and “no tracking number required”.
In Woocommerce logs I have this info:
Response Body: {“name”:”INVALID_TRACKING_NUMBER”,”message”:”The requested resource ID was not found”,”debug_id”:”5c28ce9804ecd”,”details”:[{“field”:”tracker_id”,”value”:”08992364FS204554R-NOTRACKER”,”location”:”path”,”issue”:”INVALID_TRACKING_INFO”}],”links”:[]}2022-10-12T10:59:01+00:00 DEBUG GET https://api.paypal.com/v1/shipping/trackers/08992364FS204554R-NOTRACKER
Response Debug ID: 8dd26e244b19c
Response: Array
(
[code] => 404
[message] => Not Found
)I have read your documentation but I’m still a bit confused where to put what key. Thanks for your help.
