Questions about Boost Sales Plugin

Hi there – I am using the frequently bought together module of your boost sales plugin on my site – you can see here: https://nelsonp9.sg-host.com/shop/ceremonial-matcha/

I have a few questions:
1) is it possible to have the product moved up above the ‘add to cart’ button, and then there would only be one ‘add to cart button’? (ie: if the cross-sell was selected, clicking ‘add to cart would add the core product as well as the bundle product?) – If this is not possible with the default plugin – do you know if it would be possible with custom development?
2) for some reason the check-box beside the cross-sell item is always selected, and there is no way to un-select.
