    Hello! I’m still working on my ecommerce site, but I have several questions about the dropshipping operation:

    1) Where can I get more information and videos on doing the dropshipping process correctly?
    2) If a customer cancels an order before it ships, how do I refund the customer money? I’m currently using the Dokan plugin and Stripe’s payment method.
    3) Is it possible for the customer to cancel the order after shipping? If so, what to do in such a situation?
    4) If the product has been shipped, but has not reached the customer, what to do?
    5) The product arrived at the customer, but he was not satisfied with the quality of the product, the product has a defect or is not exactly as advertised, what to do?
    6) What does the customer need to do to be able to return the product to the AliExpress supplier?
    7) If the product has free return, how can the customer take advantage of it?
