Recovered carts not showing in report

Hi,

I have been using the plugin for the past 15 days and I noticed that in the reports I still have 0 recovered carts. I didnt want to belive that so I checked and in fact the plugin is generating the coupon codes which we send with a 2 day delay. Some of the generated coupons have been used too, which means that these carts should have been recovered. It seems the plugin is working but the the cart recovery data is not showing in reports. Also the “coupons” tab inside the reports is empty even though there are coupons generated by the plugin in marketing > coupons (5% coupons without the “cfr” prefix)

Example: coupon “bie4ms33” has been used in order #11840
