Refund

I’ve been with this plugin for a few days and the truth is that at first everything seemed correct, but with the time they have been all problems, I have asked for help and you have answered me but it is not solved. These are the problems I have had:

-When I separate the products they are put as variable products and not as simple ones. I have to go one by one changing it to simple.
-The imported images are out of order and do not match the original product. I have to go manually one by one putting the correct photo.
-In the search bar the miniature photo of a product keeps showing the one that is not.
-When the products change on Aliexpress, the prices are not synchronized. I have to import them all again, configuring everything again manually: the name, price, photos …
-I had to uninstall the plugin and put it back 3 times because the screen was frozen when I wanted to synchronize some products from Aliexpress.
-When someone buys a product, the miniature images of the product they are not correct either.
-When someone buys a product and I go to buy it from Aliexpress, the WordPress page closes completely because this plugin freezes. And I have to open it again and do the same.
-When I looked at other products on Aliexpress and I decided to import that product, the Chrome extension asked me to enter my store data again, and that should not be the case.

I have looked at the plugins I have and they are all compatible. My computer is new. The Chrome extension to import is properly synced (when it wants). I have asked for help and I am thankful for it, but it still does not work. All those errors are not what the plugin promises. I would like to request a refund because I do not want to be aware of continuously correcting all those errors, because in the description of the plugin it says that it fulfills everything that is written, and it has not been fulfilled.
