Remove actions related to abandoned emails from order list and order edit page

Hello,

Thank you for the plugin. It seems that it works great for us.

I need to remove Send abandoned order email both from orders list and order page. How could I do it (not just hide with css) but remove this function?

I would like to remove this column from the list of orders too. Shop managers will never do it manually.
