Request for a 12-Month Support Renewal Option and Discount for a Long-Term Customer

I hope you are doing well.

I have been using ALD – AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce for approximately 1.5 years, and I am very satisfied with the plugin and your team’s work. It has been an important part of my business, and I truly appreciate the continuous improvements and support you provide.

I am writing because my current support/license period is set to expire on July 17, 2026.

I would like to renew my support for 12 months, but I noticed that there is currently only a 6-month renewal option available. Unfortunately, the price for the 6-month extension is quite high for my budget.

Since I have been a loyal customer for the past 1.5 years, I would like to kindly ask if you could:

Offer a 12-month support renewal option, if possible.
Provide a special discount for the renewal as a gesture for a long-term customer.
