When we’re sending review reminder to customer, the email received was the product that customer purchased, when customer click the review button in the email, it will lead to the product page and they can submit a review.
However, after the review was submitted, all reviews will be tagged to a fixed product, please refer video attachment for better understanding. May i know what causing this and any solution for this?
Besides, is there any way we can change the product tagged for the existing reviews? Hope to hear from you soon.
