Review Pagination not availabe with out shortcode

I purchased your plugin and imported reviews from the Shopify site. it worked fine.

Now the issue is my product has 2400 reviews and it is showing all reviews without pagination or a load more button.
My single product page is designed with Elementor and I don’t want to use shortcode as its design is different from Elementor widget.
