Review rating not showing for just ONE product

We have 3 products. Reviews are posted on all of them: 6, 17, and 17 reviews. Two of the products work fine. The one with 6 reviews: reviews themselves are visible on the product page, but the number of reviews and link to the reviews next to the stars isn’t showing.

As well, the rating is not showing for the product when using the following shortcode:
