Review reminder not sending after order status changes to predetermined status

We’re using one of your plugins, WooCommerce Photo Reviews, we are facing some issues hopefully you may assist with this issue.

We have set the review reminder to be sent after the order status changes to a predetermined status, but the reminder is not sent.

Email SMTP no issue, other email working as per normal. Cron job no issue, please advise a possible solution? thanks in advance
