Reviews import failing

Hi,

I’ve just purchased and installed the Woocommerce Photo Reviews plugin in order to import Reviews from Aliexpress.
None of the two methods are currently working for me.
I’ve tried with the “Import Reviews” button beside the products in Woocommerce and also tried withh the Chrome extension.
For the first, I had failure notification for all products and for the second method, it returned that “Products not exist” while they do.

My shop is running Aliexpress’s product via Dsers.

Could you please help me found out what is going wrong ?
