Reviews not showning in other languages (WPML)

Hello,

we use a shortcode to show the reviews in the products and also in a couple of pages. The site is multilanguage (WPML) and configured to show the reviews in all languages (maybe we will translate them in the future).

The issue is that in the pages which are not products, the reviews are not shown in the secondary languages with a shortcode like this:

[wc_photo_reviews_shortcode pagination=”on” comments_per_page=”6″ filter=”off” only_images=”on” pagination_ajax=”on” loadmore_button=”on” enable_box_shadow=””]

We have tried several options like adding a product category without luck. On the other hand, in the product pages the reviews are shown in all languages as it is set in the configuration.

How can we show all reviews using the shortcode in the pages? Is it necessary to translate them?
