s2w-import-shopify-to-woocommerce paid version

Hello,

I imported products and categories using free version and then updated to paid.
I have unticked everything and ticked pages and ticked blogs.
I have given access to everything in read format on shopify and placed access details in your woocommerce app.

When I try to sync I get

Pages [API] This action requires merchant approval for read_content scope.
Blogs Waiting….

Can you please advise what needs to be done to fix this?
I have my purchase code from envato but there is nowhere to enter this in your support forum, so I cannot access support as it says enter code but nowhere to enter.
