Send email

Hello, I am getting in touch with you because although I already used your plugin a few weeks ago, I had to remove it from my WordPress installation for a while. Today after having reinstalled and reconfigured it identically, I made tests and the application does not send any more the mails after having defined them as “abandoned basket”. Can you tell me if there is something I am doing wrong or if there are any incompatibilities?
