Shipping bar not displaying – Using 3rd party shipping company

Hi.

I am using a 3rd party shipping company named “Webshipper”, so I do not use shipping zones within Wooocommerce.

So when enabling the Woocomerce Free Shipping Bar, it does not show.
Is there no way that I can set the free shipping treshold in your plugin?

For me, it does not matter regarding the shipping zones either way. I want it to be shown to absolutely all customers on my website, so I really thought it would be possible to set the treshold in your plugin.
