Shipping conversion incorrect

Good day,

The USD and Congo Franc don’t convert the shipping correctly.

My store is in South African Rand (base currency) the shipping formula works perfectly in rand. In Dollar, it is much less than it should be and in Franc, it is much more.

My formula is basically R200 per kilogram that should equate to $13.5 per kg.

I have attached a screenshot of a 2kg test product. Please note the shipping in dollars.
