Shipping Option Missing

Hi guys,

One of my customers mentioned that shipping option is not made available when she goes to the ‘order and payment page’ in side cart.

Shipping option for her location has been configured in the woocommerce settings.

To replicate the issue
Go to senaglobal.co
Add an item to cart
Set the following state(Sarawak) and country(Malaysia) , rest u can put some dummy content.
Checkout

**please take note that i have her location as a new sub zone to another shipping zone i created – do u think that is a problem as the order is from smallest region to larger?
Eg: Malaysia has a shipping zone, sabah & sarawak which is a state within Malaysia has a separate shipping zone
