shortcode popup window, then click on image shows small image not full size

I’m using the shortcode for a page that shows all reviews. When I click on a review and the popup window shows the review and the listing info, then when I click on the image it only shows a small image not the full size image. This seems to be different, It use to show the full size image. What am I missing?
