Shortcode Timer not counting down, Timer on Product page not showing!

Hi,

I recently purchased and installed the timer from CodeCanyon. Unfortunately, I’m encountering a few issues with its functionality:

Product Page Issue: The counter does not appear on the product page at all (Next to the price).
Shortcode on Standard Pages: While the timer displays when I insert the shortcode on a regular page, it does not count down. If I refresh the page, it initially displays the correct time, but remains static thereafter.
Console Check: I’ve checked for JavaScript errors in the console, but didn’t observe any.
Shortcode in Product Description: Interestingly, when I insert the countdown shortcode in the product description, it not only displays correctly but also counts down as expected.
For a clearer understanding, I have attached screenshots of the settings. It’s worth noting that we are currently using the X theme.

Our sale is commencing shortly, so any prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
