Shortcodes for woocommerce review form is not showing up on Cornerstone

When I add the shortcode to my wordpress site and my cornerstone site, the product review form does not come up. So when my customers get an email to review the product, it takes them directly to the website. I decided to add a “Review” page and now the form won’t populate on my Cornerstone site. I am stuck.
