Show Child Categories Only

Hello. Love the plugin. Is it possible to only show child categories in the taxonomy?

For example, I have a furniture website with a “Living Room Furniture” category. Under it, I have “Coffee Tables”, “Sofas”, “End Tables”, etc. Currently, when I click on the “Living Room Furniture” category, I see “Living Room Furniture” in the filter. Is it possible to only show the children of “Living Room Furniture”.

In addition, I am also seeing “LED Coffee Tables” and “Modular Coffee Tables”, which are children of the “Coffee Tables” category. Is it possible to exclude children of children.
