Single product page not working

Hi,

I bought the boost sales plugin. Looks perfect.. still some styling to do to make it own in my theme but I cannot seem to get this working.

My up-sell only work in shop page.
In single product page , and others it doesn’t pop up.

Please some advice to get this working.

Also… if you have some advice to get this styled better..
always welcome.
