Site Logo In Header Not Showing in Email and Double Site URL in Footer

I have begun to have an issue with the logo (which is just an image. It is no longer showing in the emails being sent, just a broken link.

I’ve checked, and the image is showing in the editor correctly.

Issue 2:
I don’t have a shortcode for the site URL in the footer. I have typed in in by hand. This was working correctly before, but now it is showing the URL twice in the sent email with [ ] around one of them. It appears correct in the editor but not in the email sent.

I rolled back to previous version, but still having the same issue.
